Rex Mathew is a Certified Team Member with the John Maxwell Team. He lives out his mission of "Adding Value" through coaching, mentoring, training and working with individuals and groups. Besides his regular corporate job, he is also an international coach, speaker and trainer with the John Maxwell Team delivering Coaching programs Online & in-person for individuals and groups as well as conducts Corporate workshops!

Rex has a vision that through this initiative of  Open Doors Coach, to reach a wide group of people across. His mission and goal - To Add Value to as many people & help positively Impact, Transform and Change lives.

Rex is a Management Consultant with over 2 decades of experience in varied industries ranging from Communications, Media, Entertainment, Hospitality with domain expertise in IT, ITES, Operations, Quality Mgmt Systems (QMS), Program Mgmt, etc. He has set up, managed & scaled Operations for  IT Enabled Service Delivery Teams, set up & guided successful Customer Service &  Tech Support Helpdesk teams. He has managed IT Sales engaging & developing High Net-worth Key Customer Accounts, & also set up & led high performing, result oriented Sales and Business Development teams.

Being well-read & influenced by books written by John Maxwell, he has been personally trained and certified by John Maxwell himself & his leadership team & is now a part of the reputed John Maxwell Team of Leadership Coaches, Speakers, Trainers and Mentors. He is now touching lives and sharing his life experiences &  lessons learned with all those who need it and can benefit from it!

Rex is blessed to be supported in all his efforts by his life partner, Celena. They are blessed with three beautiful children.
